Description
Location:Cape Coral Hospital (LDRP)Department: Women's Health
Work Type: Full-time, Part Time and PRN
Shifts: Possible Options Include - Nights & Days
Pay Rate: $33.37 - $45.05/hour PLUS $6.00 Shift Differential for Nights
Relocation Incentive: $10,000 bonus + $1,800/month housing stipend for 3 months (for full time positions)

Your Role & Impact
As a Registered Nurse on our Labor & Delivery or LDRP team, you will play a vital role in the safe and compassionate delivery of patient care, using your expertise in assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills across all aspects of nursing practice, serving as a clinician, teacher, researcher, leader, and lifelong learner.
You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure every patient receives the highest quality care in alignment with the American Nurses Association standards, the Florida Nurse Practice Act, and our organizational mission and values.
Every interaction you have makes a difference, from recognizing the unique cultural and personal needs of each patient to helping families feel supported and informed throughout their journey. Guided by the Code of Ethics for Nurses, you will help advance our shared commitment to excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement in care delivery.

Requirements
Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required. Associates or Bachelors' preferred.
Experience Requirements: Experience required. Qualified individuals will successfully complete the competency assessment. Experience requirements may vary by department. Please reference the Nursing Addendums for department specific requirements.
Certification Requirements: Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. For units that require American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. Certification requirements may vary by department. Please reference the Nursing Addendums for department specific requirements.
License Requirements: Currently licensed in the State of Florida.
Other Requirements: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required. Certification in specialty area preferred.
