LNA Paid Program

Are you interested in becoming a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)? Do you need assistance to make that happen? Then you are in luck! Mt. Ascutney Hospital & Health Center is partnering with Valley Regional Hospital and River Valley Community College to support this 7-week LNA program!

Program Summary

Applications will close on 6/22/2026

This program includes Paid classroom time. Participants are hospital employees from the start of the program as patient care attendants to be able to pick up shifts outside of classroom time. Participants receive 100% of their tuition paid. Receive pay increases as they meet milestones throughout the program. Following the successful completion of the course, participants will be required to continue employment at Mt. Ascutney Hospital as a fully qualified LNA for at least 1 year.

Program Details

7 weeks of classroom instruction at River Valley Community College (RVCC). Preparation and eligibility to sit for the LNA national exam. Placement after classroom education into a position at Mt. Ascutney Hospital & Health Center.
