Work Type: Full Time
Shift: Shift 1/6:30:00AM to 5:00:00PM
Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$33.37 - $45.05 / hour

Are you a compassionate nurse that thrives in critical care situations? Do you have 2 years of critical care nursing experience, preferably in a Cath Lab?
We invite you to apply to our full time RN Cath Lab position located at the newly Magnet Designated HealthPark Medical Center!
Responsible for the supervision of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by American Nurses Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act. Performs responsibilities in 5 areas of nursing practice: clinician, teacher, researcher, leadership, and professional development. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Assists Cardiologists with invasive cardiovascular procedures in the Cath Lab/EP Lab. Independently performs functions related to circulating, scrubbing, recording, and 2nd circulating. Supports the organization vision and mission. Uses knowledge of patient's age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
Requirements
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
Experience: Minimum of one-year critical care nursing experience required.
Certification: Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. For units that require American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date.
License: Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.
Other: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
